140-million-pound man! Is he really that good?

Earlier this week I met up with Lewis Shearer to discuss his most recent transfer to Newcastle United football club for an enormous fee and I found out a lot about him and how he got into the position he's in today.
"Your dad scored 206 goals across 405 games with 32 assists, do you one day hope you are able to surpass him and cement yourself as the clubs best ever striker?"
"Obviously that is the end goal but for now I don't want to set expectations too high, so I'm hoping to really make an impact for the club, however I will not say that I'm going to surpass my dad because at the moment I don't think that expectation is very realistic as I haven't yet proved myself in the premier league yet, I think my first season here at Newcastle will really set expectations for the future."
"Now averting focus away from your dad what are your aims while you're here at the club and what would you like to have achieved by the time you leave?"
"Well obviously I want to score goals, but I also want to bring glory to this club, I think we have the best fans in the world who have stuck with the club through some hard times, so I just want to give it my all and win some trophies for our fans while I'm here. I one day hope to win the champions league here at Newcastle and give the fans a memory which they rightly deserve after years of hurt."
